During the air alarm anouncement, it is necessary to go to the nearest shelter as soon as possible or leave the IEC for the street. Stay there until the official information about the rejection of the air alarm comes.

According to martial law, in particular, in the case of an air alert announcement, the exhibition work regime may be changed by the Organizer.   

1.1. It is necessary to do the following for participation in the exhibition:

• to submit the application for participation till January 06, 2025;  
• to coordinate the drawings of a stand with Organizer till January 06, 2025; 
• to conclude the contract on participation till January 06, 2025; 
• to make payment according to the contract.

1.2. Cost of participation includes:

• registration fee;
• cost of an exhibition area;
• cost of the additional equipment and services.

1.3. The reservation is made after the payment the sum of 50% of exhibition area cost during 2 weeks after written contract.  

1.4. The payment is carried out for the non-Ukrainian juridical persons in EURO.

1.5. Applications received after January 06, 2025 will be accepted subject to area availability.

1.6. Оrganizer reserve the right to install exhibition stands according to the developed exhibition plan by means of received payments, taking into account Exponent's wish, if it is possible. 

1.7. It is strictly forbidden to place exhibits and advertising boards beyond the stand (passages and other premises) without the Organizer's permission.

Registration fee is obligatory for each Exponent and accounts 200 EUR, the sum includes:

• 1 Participant’s badge for every 3 sqm of the ordered area;
• information about Exponent on Organizer`s website www.artexpo.ua; 
• security, cleaning the passages, utility services etc.

The cost of equipped exhibition area acconts 150 EUR for 1 sqm.  

The equipped exhibition area 9 sqm includes:

• wall panels;
• carpet on the stand;
• inscription on a fascia panel agreed with Exponent, on every stand’s open side;
• 3 veneer shelves 1000x300 mm or 3 lin. m of frame rakes or podium 1000x500x1000(h) mm  ;
• 1 table, 3 chairs;
• illumination – 2 spotlight LED 30 W; 
• 1-phase plug socket (220 V / 50 Hz / 1 kW); 
• 1 waste basket.

In case of change an area size the set of standard equipment changes not proportionally!  

The cost of unequipped exhibition area accounts 120 EUR for 1 sqm.  

Unequipped exhibition area – the floor space only, without constructions, electricity and carpet. Building the exclusive stands on unequipped area allowed to specialized companies which has the accreditation in the IEC only. Arrival on exclusive stand the Exponent agrees with the Building Company and Organizer. 

It is strictly forbidden to sublet the exhibition area without Organizer's permission. 

The cost of removing the exhibition equipment during and after the mounting time is 50% from the cost of respective equipment rent.    

The stand with 2 open sides – the area cost increases on 5%;
The stand with 3 open sides – the area cost increases on 10%;
The stand with 4 open sides – the area cost increases on 15%;
The double-deck stand – the area cost under the 2-storied construction increases on 25%.

2.1. To organize the promotional campaign of the exhibition.

2.2. To distribute the information about exhibition work rules and hours among industry specialists and traders.

2.3. To place information about the Exponent on the Organizer's website  www.artexpo.ua. 

2.4. To give the exhibition area, equipment and services to Exponent according to his application.

2.5. To carry out the mounting, dismantling of an exposition and work of exhibition according to the stated dates:

2.6. To provide the safety of exhibition stands at exhibition work days from 18.00 up to 09.00 of the next day.  

2.7. The Organizer is not responsible for the safety of the Participant's property, its damage or theft at exhibition work hours, mounting and dismantles time.

2.8. To organize the passages cleaning.

3.1. To make payment according to the contract.

3.2. The Exponent is responsible for the damage of the exhibition equipment and property of IEC. Exponent takes full responsibility for his own equipment connected to the power grid.

3.3. Participants are obliged to follow the fire prevention rules.

3.4. In case of non-observance the terms of payment or refusal from the participation in the exhibition, the area reserved for the Exponent may be given to other Participant, and the payments are returned according to the contract.

Removing of exhibits is going according to written Organizer’s permission from 16.00 January 24, 2025.

Exponents has no right to remove exhibits from their stands till 16.00 January 24, 2025.

4.1. Information in list of Exponents on Organizer's website www.artexpo.ua contains    : 

• company name and address;
• contacts;
• company type;
• specialization;
• company or brand logo. 

4.2. The Organizer reserves the right to edit the text and correct stylistic mistakes.

4.3. The Organizer is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by the Exponent.
