During the air alarm anouncement, it is necessary to go to the nearest shelter as soon as possible or leave the IEC for the street. Stay there until the official information about the rejection of the air alarm comes.

According to martial law, in particular, in the case of an air alert announcement, the exhibition work regime may be changed by the Organizer.

Registration of participants and moving exhibits into the exhibition area is conducted 30.09.2024 from 12.00 to 22.00, and 01.10.2024 from 09.00 to 10.30. 

Registration desk is located in 3A entrance of 3rd pavilion of the International Exhibition Centre.

Registered Exponents receive Participant’s badges and rules of the exhibition. The Participant’s badge entitles entrance to the exhibition during the whole exhibition period, as well as mounting and dismantling.

Visitors who had registered on the Organizer’s website www.artexpo.ua can receive a Visitor's badge at the registration desk after presenting the E-TICKET in electronic or printed view. The Visitor’s badge entitles the Visitor to visit the exhibition during the whole time of work.

At the exhibition period moving the material values, including exhibition samples, out of the exhibition area is carried out only by the accompanying documents, certified by Organizer.

Organizer and Security reserves the right to search bags and large carry-on baggage at the exit.

Dismantling of the exhibition and moving the exhibits out of the exhibition area is implemented according the exit document only. The document has to be certified by Organizer and provided to Security staff by Exponent personally.

Exit document is filled out and signed at the Organizer’s office.

During the work of the exhibition, Exponents must place full baskets with garbage in the passages for cleaning. Individual stand cleaning is performed only in the presence of Exponent from 09.15 to 10.00.

Using the  gates of the IEC is allowed for loading and unloading of exhibits only.

Car parking is allowed in designated areas at the IEC territory.

It is strictly prohibited to clutter passages and place items outside the stand. Penalty – 100 EUR per 1 sqm.

Smoking is strictly prohibited on IEC territory, except the designated locations. Penalty – 50 EUR.

For children under 14 the admission to the exhibition is not allowed even if accompanied by adults.

Unauthorized photo and video shooting at the exhibition is strictly prohibited.

Exponents are responsible for the safety of the exhibits during the mounting, dismantling and from 09.00 to 18.00 during the exhibition work.

During the exhibition work, after 18.00 all Exponents transmits the stands to the Security and leave the exhibition area through the entrance indicated by Security staff.

From 18.00 to 09.00 the next exhibition day the general security of stands is implemented. Access to the exhibition at this time is prohibited.

Exponents are asked to be on stand at 09.00. It is obligatory to have a badge. In case of the Exponent’s delay, the act of missing Exponent will be drawn. Responsibility for the stand, on which the act of missing was drawn up, the Security staff will not hold.

Exponents who are interested in the individual security of their stand, please apply to Organizer’s office.

Organizer recommends to work with journalists who are accredited only. Photo and video shooting is allowed to accredited journalists only by special permission of the Organizer.

Work of the representatives of the companies that are not Participants, including adverts, conducting polls, etc. is prohibited.

Entry to the exhibition is possible upon registration on Organizer’s website www.artexpo.ua or directly at the registration desk in the IEC.
